GRAVE MARKER ETCHING
As a convenience to our clients, we can arrange to have the date of death etched into a grave marker already in place at a cemetery. This is done right at the cemetery by a private company who does this type of work. This way, the marker does not have to be removed from the cemetery to have the etching done.

GRAVE MARKERS
As a convenience to our clients, we offer grave markers, also called "head stones" (because they are normally placed at the head end of a grave), through Patten Monument Company of Grand Rapids. As grave markers are not our primary focus, like other companies - who have custom designers on their staffs ? we can assist those clients who are satisfied with standard designs and don't care to have to "shop around".

DELINQUENCIES
Some funeral homes require that the total amount of a funeral be paid for before the funeralization has been completed. This is because, over time, in providing credit to clients, clients have been slow to pay or left funeral bills unpaid. The funeral home deserves to be paid for services rendered. Making funeral arrangements establishes a contract to perform. Legally, the client is required to pay for that performance.

When a client fails to fulfill their obligation to pay the bill, the funeral home can and will seek remedy through reporting the failure to pay to one or more of the credit reporting agencies or seek remedy through civil court.

Failure to fulfill the payment obligation, requiring legal action, can mean serious financial consequences for the client in their future.
